How do you screen tenants?

Income verification (3x rent minimum), full credit, criminal background, eviction history, and rental references — every applicant, every time. Approval requires meeting all of our standards, not just some of them.

How do you handle maintenance?

Owners set their pre-approval threshold (commonly $300–$500). Routine repairs go to our vetted Hill Country vendors at fair pricing — no markups. Anything over your threshold gets a call before we proceed.

When will I get paid each month?

Owner disbursements are issued by the 10th of each month, with a clean monthly statement and itemized expenses. Year-end summaries are delivered for your CPA in January.
